Investment Criteria
- Single-family attached and detached subdivisions and urban infill projects
- Target markets include California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and the metropolitan D.C. region
- Development size: Up to 400 single-family residential units per investment
- Capital requirements: Up to $40 million of committed equity per investment
- Investment term: Up to 60 months
