Executive Team

Mr. Aledort joined Resmark in 2023 and possesses over 14 years of experience managing residential investments. At Resmark, he manages multifamily and single-family build-to-rent residential investments nationwide.

Before joining Resmark, Mr. Aledort served as Vice President, Asset Management at American Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for managing multifamily and build-to-rent assets located in the Western United States.

Prior thereto, he was Director of Asset Management for Gemdale USA, where he oversaw a portfolio of multifamily properties located throughout the west coast. Previously, Mr. Aledort was a Regional Manager at Alliance Residential, where he was responsible for a portfolio of apartments for various institutional investors in Los Angeles, and prior to that he was an Area Property Supervisor for Carlo Inc.

Mr. Aledort earned a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Northridge with a double major in Business Finance and Real Estate and holds a California Real Estate License.

Mr. Barrett joined Resmark in 2020. Over his three decades in fundraising and real estate investment banking, he has led over $20 billion in capital raises in real estate, fixed income, hedge funds and private equity.

His prior experience includes building a highly successful corporate-oriented fixed income program as Managing Director at DLJ/Credit Suisse over 10 years and, earlier, eight years as Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Barrett holds an Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Bethe joined Resmark in 2020. With three decades of experience in institutional investor fund raising he has secured over $10 billion of capital in various real estate, fixed income, private equity and venture capital investment programs.

Before joining Resmark, Mr. Bethe served as Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets at Kennedy Wilson. During his 10-year tenure as lead fundraiser and US Fund product developer, he raised capital from over 40 investors in five funds and built and managed the Capital Markets team. Previously he was a Senior Managing Director – Fixed Income Asset Management at Guggenheim Partners, Executive Director – Private Equity Funds Group at UBS Investment Bank, and Vice President – DLJ Investment Management at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Bethe holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California.

Mr. Blain joined BrightSky Residential in 2022 and possesses over 10 years of experience in residential homebuilding and land development. His responsibilities include land sourcing, acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, and project management.

Prior to joining BrightSky, Mr. Blain worked at The New Home Company and held various positions in Land Acquisition, Project Management, Operations, and Purchasing. He has broad experience managing external and internal teams through the due diligence to build out stages of development projects with firsthand practice of how it comes together onsite.

Before his Tenure with The New Home Company, Mr. Blain served 6 years in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University, and a Master of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Burgin joined Resmark in 2022 and is responsible for business development and origination of land, single-family for-sale, multifamily development, and single-family build-to-rent investments throughout Texas. His duties include sourcing, underwriting new opportunities, structuring joint venture partnerships, asset management and overseeing investments within the region.

Prior to joining Resmark, Mr. Burgin served as an Associate at Tailwater Capital, an energy private equity firm in Dallas, where he was responsible for evaluating a wide variety of investment opportunities ranging from traditional oil and gas to renewable energy. Prior to Tailwater Capital, he was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Jefferies in Houston, where he focused on M&A advisory work as well as public and private capital raises in the energy sector.

Mr. Burgin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Ms. Chahine joined Resmark in 2016, and possesses 20 years of accounting and finance experience. At Resmark, she oversees all financial reporting, investor accounting and reporting, is the lead liaison for the annual audit and tax work for all Resmark funds, and establishes processes for internal controls and operations.

Previously, Ms. Chahine was Corporate Controller at Arixa Capital Advisors, a private equity firm with various private lending real estate funds. Prior thereto, she was the Controller for Landmark Dividend, a private equity start-up, where she was an integral member of the executive team that managed the firm’s explosive growth from a single fund to a multi-fund platform.

Ms. Chahine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a certified public accountant, as well as a licensed California real estate broker.

Mr. Cohen joined Resmark in 2001. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, he has been involved in the financing and development of over 70,000 residential units in the United States and Israel. Mr. Cohen’s responsibilities include overseeing all of Resmark’s investment, underwriting and asset management activities. Under his leadership since 2011, Resmark’s multifamily division has acquired and developed over 5,900 units through joint venture and direct investments. Previously, Mr. Cohen established the firm’s Northern California division in 2003 and successfully expanded its Northern California operations. His responsibilities included evaluating and formulating strategy for the acquisition of large distressed bank portfolios. In late 2007, he also led Resmark’s emergence as a key player in the area of direct investments in land portfolios.

Prior to joining Resmark, Mr. Cohen was a member of Fieldstone Communities’ management team, where he was responsible for land acquisition and entitlements, product design, construction management, and sales and marketing operations for multiple projects. Before arriving in the United States, he served as an operations manager for Peled Residential Construction, overseeing the day to day development of several master planned communities in Southern Israel, and prior to that as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Mr. Cohen chairs the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Leadership Board. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Duffy joined Resmark in 2008 and leads business development and investment origination of the firm’s multifamily development investments, including build-for-rent communities, in the Western U.S. In addition, he currently manages a land portfolio comprised of assets located in Northern California and the greater Phoenix area.

Before rejoining Resmark, Mr. Duffy was Sr. Vice President at Avenida Partners, a developer and owner of premier market-rate active adult multifamily communities. At Avenida, he was co-leader of the firm’s land acquisition team, overseeing sourcing and feasibility analysis of site acquisitions in the company’s new and existing investment markets, as well as providing strategic input.

Mr. Duffy was instrumental in the launch of Resmark’s multifamily development platform in 2011. As Vice President, his duties included underwriting, due diligence, operational and development-related functions for multiple joint venture and wholly owned investments from inception through eventual disposition.

Prior thereto, Mr. Duffy held positions with SunCal Companies (a major developer of large-scale master plan communities), and Wells Fargo Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Franks joined BrightSky in 2024 and is a seasoned real estate executive with over twenty years of experience in the acquisition, entitlement, development, and operations of residential communities throughout Florida.

Prior to joining BrightSky, Mr. Franks was Vice President of Land at Toll Brothers focused on the acquisition and entitlement of development opportunities in the Tampa and Sarasota Florida markets. During his tenure, he successfully acquired over 3,500 lots and established the company’s Florida West operations.

Prior thereto, Mr. Franks spent 10 years in leadership positions at Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH), CalAtlantic Homes and KB Homes (NYSE: KBH), where he led the acquisition and development of over 5,500 residential units. Previously, Mr. Franks ran a development firm in the Tampa MSA with over $125

Mr. Goodman joined Resmark in 2003. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees Resmark’s Capital Markets (both debt and equity), and manages Resmark’s banking relationships, loan originations, lines of credit, business development, and strategic planning initiatives and execution. In addition, he is responsible for cash management and treasury function, as well as administrative activities.

Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, and began his career at Resmark as an Asset Manager overseeing a 3,000-unit portfolio of geographically and product diversified assets located in California, Arizona and Florida.

Mr. Goodman is a member of the Board of Directors of HomeAid America, the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Leadership Board, the Fisher Center For Real Estate & Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board, and the Executive Committee of the Board of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. In addition, he sits on the Anti-Defamation League’s Global Leadership Council and the Board of the organization’s Pacific Southwest Region. He attended the University of Southern California where he majored in Business Administration.

Since establishing Resmark in 1995, he has guided approximately over 300 investments comprised of more than 100,000 single-family, build-to-rent, multifamily homes/units and lots. Some of Resmark’s clients/partners include Quarterra Multifamily, Greystar, Related Companies, Sares Regis, and Taylor Morrison, to name just a few. The company does business throughout the United States, and is particularly active in California, the Western United States, Texas, the Southeastern United States and the D.C./Mid-Atlantic region. For many years, Resmark has successfully raised capital from a diverse group of some of the largest institutional investors in the United States and internationally.

Resmark is deeply committed to the purpose-built single-family rental business, an emerging force in U.S. housing. In addition to entering into joint ventures with highly qualified development partners, Resmark has formed and wholly owns BrightSky Residential, a real estate development company that sources, develops and manages purpose-built single-family rental communities. BrightSky is led by industry veteran Leonard Miller. Since its inception in early 2022, BrightSky has executed agreements to purchase and develop communities totaling approximately 3,000 units and is actively seeking additional investments.

Ms. Harris joined BrightSky Residential in April 2022 and has over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. She has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams through the due diligence to build out stages of development projects. Prior to joining BrightSky Residential, Ms. Harris worked for Richmond American Homes in California where she managed the Project Management team and was responsible for entitlements, forward planning, engineering, and architectural development operations. Prior thereto, she worked for Centex homes in the position of Director of Planning. Ms. Harris joined the building industry in 1997 to work as a Senior Project Manager for Western Pacific Housing/DR Horton specializing in multifamily, mid/high rise development, and mixed-use projects.

Ms. Harris has served on numerous boards in leadership roles including the Building Industry Association in San Diego South County and Baldy View. She received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management with a concentration in Environmental Management from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.

Mr. Herrmann joined Resmark in 2012. He oversees the company’s finance, accounting and treasury departments and plays an active role in its many investment programs and long-range strategic planning.

Previously, he served as Vice President at EJL Homes, a successor company to national homebuilder John Laing Homes, where he was actively involved in all current projects and in identifying new housing development opportunities, along with managing the accounting and finance functions. He formerly held the position of Vice President, Corporate Development, at John Laing Homes, and also served in several other finance and accounting-related executive positions at the company.

Mr. Herrmann began his career at Ernst & Young in the real estate group. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a concentration in Accounting, and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Mr. Jackson joined Resmark in 2021 and is responsible for business development and origination of land, single-family for-sale, multifamily development, and purpose-built single-family investments throughout Texas. His duties include sourcing, underwriting new opportunities, structuring joint venture partnerships, and overseeing investments within the region.

Prior to joining Resmark, Mr. Jackson served for over 20 years as Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisition at Grand Peaks Properties and Fairfield Residential. His responsibilities included market underwriting, site origination, pre-development and entitlements, contract negotiations, and participation in raising debt and equity. In addition, Mr. Jackson led project teams consisting of architect, engineers, consultants, and construction professionals.

Mr. Jackson attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with degrees in Real Estate Finance and Finance. He holds a real estate broker license in the state of Texas and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.

Ms. Martin joined Resmark in 2019 and is responsible for Resmark’s corporate operations, human resources, technology and cybersecurity, employee training programs and corporate events, and also oversees the management of the company’s regional offices nationwide. In addition, Ms. Martin leads Resmark’s internal Technology Team, which focuses on digital transformation and operational efficiency across the organization, and serves on Resmark’s ESG Oversight Committee.

Prior to joining Resmark, Ms. Martin managed the operations of a prominent Los Angeles-based business management firm, which serviced the financial needs of high-profile and high-net worth individuals and entertainers. Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. McKay joined Resmark in 2017 and oversees Resmark’s investment reporting, leading the team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all investment performance reports generated by the investment team. As a member of Resmark’s Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee, she develops and implements the company’s corporate responsibility initiatives, overseeing key sustainability efforts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and integrating ESG principles into operational processes across the firm.

Previously, she served as an Asset Manager, overseeing and managing single-family for-sale investments nationwide. Prior to joining Resmark, she was a Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley, holding Series 7 and Series 66 certifications. Before that, she served as Branch Manager at Technology Credit Union, where she led operations and customer relations.

Ms. McKay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University. She is a past President and current member of the San Diego Women’s Foundation.

Mr. McKeag joined BrightSky Residential in 2023 and is a seasoned real estate executive with over twenty years of experience in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of residential and mixed-use communities throughout California and Colorado.

Prior to joining BrightSky, Mr. McKeag was President of MLC Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH) focused exclusively on the acquisition and entitlement of development opportunities throughout the Western U.S. During his tenure at MLC, he established operations in Northern California, Southern California, and Colorado, and the MLC team successfully developed 30 new communities encompassing over 4,000 residential units and $2.8 billion in retail value.

Prior thereto, Mr. McKeag spent 13 years in leadership positions at The New Home Company (NYSE: NWHM) and SCS Development Company, where he led the acquisition and development of over 6,000 residential units. Before starting his real estate career, Mr. McKeag earned a Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.

Mr. McKeag is a past Director of the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area and a current member of the Steering Committee for the Bay Area Chapter of Women’s Housing Leadership Group.

Ms. Migita joined Resmark in 2021. She provides strategic and legal advice across Resmark’s investment, underwriting, asset management, legal compliance and risk activities, and is also involved in the firm’s corporate responsibility initiatives.

Before joining Resmark, Ms. Migita was an attorney at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, where she worked extensively on Resmark’s account with the law firm. She has broad transactional real estate experience, representing home builders, institutional investors, seniors housing owners and operators and other owners, developers and operators of real estate in individual property transactions as well as large multi-state portfolio transactions. Her experience includes all types of real property including land, residential, industrial, office, retail, multi-family, and seniors housing communities.

Ms. Migita received a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology and a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).

Mr. Miller joined Resmark in 2022 and possesses over 30 years of experience in residential homebuilding and land development.

Before joining Resmark, Mr. Miller was President and Chief Executive Officer at The New Home Company, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of the publicly traded homebuilder’s operations, overseeing policymaking, and creating and implementing the strategic direction of the company. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior thereto, Mr. Miller worked at Richmond American Homes where he had regional and divisional responsibility for several markets in the western United States.

Previously, Mr. Miller held several positions at Genstar Land Company, which later became a part of Newland Communities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller worked for a small San Diego-based land developer that specialized in small mixed-use developments. In addition to his work in the homebuilding and development industries, he spent four years in public accounting with the CPA firm Arthur Young.

Mr. Miller has served on numerous boards in leadership roles including service as president of both the Building Industry Association of Southern California and Riverside. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Mr. O’Neil joined Resmark in 2011 and is responsible for business development and origination of land, single-family for-sale, multifamily development, and single-family build-to-rent investments in the eastern United States.

Since 2007, he has invested in excess of $500 million of equity capital in residential development investments on behalf of institutional investors. Prior to his tenure at Resmark, Mr. O’Neil was a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager at IHP Capital Partners’ Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. O’Neil serves on the Board of Trustees and the Finance and Investment Committees Chair at Jemicy School, an independent school in Owings Mills, Maryland, and supports numerous Baltimore-based charitable organizations in various capacities. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Middlebury College.

Mr. Patel joined Resmark in 2021 and is responsible for business development and origination of land, single-family for-sale, multifamily development, and single-family build-to-rent investments in the western United States. His duties include sourcing, underwriting new opportunities, structuring joint venture partnerships, asset management and overseeing investments within the region.

Prior to joining Resmark, Mr. Patel served as an Acquisitions Analyst at the Bascom Group, where he was responsible for underwriting multifamily value-add investments nationwide.

Mr. Patel sits on the Young Leaders Group Executive Board of Urban Land Institute and is a member of the Multi-Housing Local Product Council. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts and the University of California, Irvine with a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate.

Ms. Robinson joined Resmark in 2000 and possesses more than 30 years of experience managing residential investments. She is responsible for the oversight and investment management of a portfolio of projects throughout California and has managed approximately 15,000 residential lots/units to date.

Prior to joining Resmark, she served as Vice President of Institutional Housing Partners and Prudential Home Building Investors. In these positions she worked on originating, underwriting and managing residential real estate investments in the Western United States.

Prior to that, Ms. Robinson was Project Manager for the Lomas Santa Fe Group, where she was responsible for all facets of planning, developing and construction of mixed-used developments. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University.

Mr. Rush has been with Resmark since 2001 and is primarily responsible for originating residential investments throughout California, the Pacific Northwest, Arizona, and Nevada. His duties include sourcing and screening new investment opportunities, negotiating joint venture structures, and overseeing the closing of new investments through Resmark’s originations and underwriting departments.

Prior to joining Resmark, he served as market analyst at The Meyers Group where he was responsible for analyzing the viability of new home projects within various markets and contributed to producing market studies for Meyers’ clients. Mr. Rush earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Sipowicz joined BrightSky Residential in 2022 and is involved with site and product design and responsible for ground-up development, portfolio management, and disposition. He also plays a key role in assessing revenue and operational assumptions for new acquisitions.

Mr. Sipowicz brings 20 years of experience in real estate management and development to BrightSky Residential. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management at The Resmark Companies where his responsibilities included wholly owned development, value-add repositioning, involved joint venture investment management, strategy and business plan development, and investor reporting. He also played a key role in assessing revenue and operational assumptions in the origination of new investments and directed all asset management and property operations management for Resmark’s wholly owned multifamily investments.

Before his tenure with Resmark, he served as Vice President at WintenAmerica, the United States commercial real estate operation of Australia’s Winten Development. At Winten, he was directly responsible for all business operations and compliance, including the management of multifamily investments and disposition of commercial real estate assets. His role also included management of loans, annual operating budgets, financial models, asset repositioning and value-add improvements, and marketing and sales strategies. Before his tenure with Winten, he held several positions at Macquarie Investment Bank, Union Bank and Fremont Investment & Loan.

Mr. Sipowicz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from California State University, Long Beach.

Mr. Stolpen joined BrightSky in 2024 and is a seasoned real estate executive with over 24 years of experience in acquisitions, entitlements, development, construction, purchasing, and operations in both residential and commercial projects across the Southeastern USA.

Prior to joining BrightSky, Mr. Stolpen was Managing Director of Acquisitions at Oxenfree/Core Spaces focusing on expanding their Build to Rent presence through raw land acquisitions in both the Carolinas and Florida regions.

Prior thereto, Mr. Stolpen spent 3 years at American Homes 4 Rent as part of the initial team that launched the Build to Rent program for the company with the Carolinas being their test market. During his tenure, he successfully acquired 15 communities in the greater Charlotte region and built and established the company’s Charlotte Division.

Mr. Stolpen spent 12 years in senior leadership positions with CalAtlanic, Homes, Ryland Homes, Mattamy Homes, as well as Nu South Builders and Olson Development, a North and South Carolina regional developer and builder, where he led the acquisition and development of just under 90 communities, over 5,000 lots/homes generating revenue of just under $2.1B. Mr. Stolpen is licensed in residential and commercial construction in both North and South Carolina, and owned and operated a private development, residential and commercial construction company in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.

Mr. Stolpen has served on multiple boards in leadership roles and is currently on the Board of Directors of the HeartBright Foundation in Charlotte, NC. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting and Technology from Babson College, Wellesley, MA.

Mr. Summers joined Resmark in 2019 and is responsible for business development and origination of land, single-family for-sale, multifamily development, and single-family build-to-rent investments in Florida. His duties include sourcing, underwriting new opportunities, structuring joint venture partnerships, asset management and overseeing investments within the region.

Previously, he served as Investment Associate where he assumed a significant role in strengthening Resmark’s national originations and asset management functions. Notably, he led the successful launch and underwriting processes for Resmark’s innovative Model Home Sale-Leaseback investment platform.

Mr. Summers earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.

Ms. Thomas’ tenure with Resmark began in 1995. She is responsible for the company’s human resources, senior management training programs, internal systems and technical support, across Resmark’s four corporate office locations, as well as the internal audit functions. Additionally, Ms. Thomas supports Mr. Goodman with all corporate governance and corporate strategy across The Resmark Companies.

From 2000 until 2005, she served as corporate controller of Ascendent Telecommunications, before rejoining Resmark in 2006.

In addition to her extensive experience in human resources and accounting, Ms. Thomas is a published author and a transformational speaker. She received her post-secondary education at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ms. Thomas participates with various non-profit organizations including Alliance for Children’s Rights and Groceryships in Los Angeles.

Mr. Vanderhyde joined Resmark in 2014 and possesses 20 years of experience in underwriting, lending, and portfolio management of commercial and residential real estate. At Resmark, he manages land, single-family for-sale, multifamily, and single-family build-to-rent residential investments nationwide. Formerly, he was Wells Fargo’s Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Group in Washington, D.C.

Prior to that, Mr. Vanderhyde served as a Partner and VP of Marketing at Washington Custom Builders, where he was responsible for its redevelopment projects, and spearheaded a new division that focused solely on residential renovations. In prior years, Mr. Vanderhyde managed operations for Exxon/Mobil Oil Corporation.

Mr. Vanderhyde received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Wagner joined Resmark in 2000 and possesses more than 30 years of real estate experience. He leads the financial reporting team at Resmark in duties including quarterly reports, investors reports and returns, and SEC compliance.

Before joining Resmark, he held positions at KB Home for 11 years, rising to Corporate Regional Controller. In that position, he was responsible for implementing best practice standards throughout 15 divisions encompassing California and five other Western states.

Prior to that, he served clients in real estate, healthcare, and small business development at Arthur Andersen & Company. A licensed certified public accountant by the State of California, he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Loyola Marymount University.

Ms. Wilson has been with Resmark since 2013 and is responsible for the investment underwriting and due diligence activities on all new transactions.

With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has extensive experience in real estate related construction and development activities, asset/property management, insurance and accounting. At Resmark, she works closely with the EVP of Investment Underwriting on all aspects of the joint venture and wholly owned transactions in which the company invests.

Before joining Resmark, she worked for a private Southern California real estate development company for 23 years and ran a successful family-owned property management company. Ms. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business Management from San Diego State University.

Ms. Wilson has been with Resmark since 2005 and performs all investment underwriting functions for the company. With over 43 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has extensive experience in evaluating and executing large scale and complex projects. Her expertise spans the acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, financing, leasing, non-performing asset repositioning, management, and disposition of projects in the residential, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land, and hospitality markets.

At Resmark, she oversees joint venture and direct residential transaction underwriting, due diligence and documentation/closing functions for all of Resmark’s investment products. Since joining the firm, she has documented and closed 231 transactions throughout the United States with total capital committed in excess of $3.4 billion to date for over 32,000 units.

Before joining Resmark, she was Senior Vice President of Development for Price Legacy Corporation, a publicly traded REIT. Among her responsibilities at Price Legacy, she performed due diligence and underwriting work to acquire and re-entitle land for residential uses. Prior to Price Legacy, she spent 15 years as a private developer and asset manager in the San Diego, California area.

Ms. Wilson holds a California real estate broker license; and received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University.
