DENOVA HOMES WINS BUILDER OF THE YEAR 2020 PLUS 6 ADDITIONAL MAME AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN MARKETING, DESIGN, SALES IN BAY AREA
DeNova Homes, a well-established family-owned homebuilder based in Concord, CA, won Builder of the Year 2020 plus six other BIA Bay Area Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards. The MAME Awards recognize excellence in marketing, design and sales by Bay Area homebuilders.
“It is is due to the hard work and innovative spirit of our entire team that DeNova Homes has been recognized as Builder of the Year and was honored with six other MAME Awards,” said Dave Sanson, CEO. “We are very proud of the outstanding professionals who work with us.”
DeNova awards included:
- Best Graphic Continuity – Santosha project in Tracy, CA
- Best Sales-Leasing Office Design – Santosha project
- Best Amenity Space of a Multi-Family Community for Sale or Rent – Wildflower Station, Antioch, CA
- Sales Rookie of the Year – Valerie Ramos
- Marketing Professional of the Year – Brigitte Nowinski
- Escrow Team of the Year – Wendy Flores-Garcia & Cindy Gomez
DeNova also nominated Carlson Barbee Gibson, its civil engineering and survey company, for the Associate of the Year Award that it received, Sanson noted.
In October 2020 DeNova formed a joint venture with The Resmark Companies, a leading real estate investment manager, that acquired substantially all of DeNova’s homebuilding and land projects in the Greater Bay Area.

The awards were given at a drive-in style awards show at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.
