RESMARK NAMES VETERAN INSTITUTIONAL FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE DONALD BETHE AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CAPITAL MARKETS

The Resmark Companies, a leading residential real estate investment fund manager, has named Donald Bethe as Executive Vice President, Capital Markets. With Bethe, Resmark has tapped a well-known and respected capital markets expert to spearhead fundraising for the company’s single-family and multifamily residential investment programs.

Bethe has secured over $10 billion of capital for numerous real estate, fixed income, private equity and venture capital investments during his three decades of experience in institutional capital raising.

Prior to joining Resmark, Bethe served as Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets at Kennedy Wilson. During his 10 years as lead fundraiser and U.S. fund product developer, he raised capital from over 40 investors in five funds and built and managed the Capital Markets team. Previous to this post, Bethe was Senior Managing Director-Fixed Income Asset Management at Guggenheim Partners. Earlier in his career he was Executive Director – Private Equity Funds Group at UBS Investment Bank and Vice President-DLJ Investment Management at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Bethe earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, from St. Mary’s College of California.
